T&C

- Strictly no DEADBUYERS, they will be BLACKLISTED.
- We DO NOT swap.
- Items sold are NON-EXCHANGABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions are made in cases of cancellations due to lack of stock.
- Clear all doubts BEFORE ORDERING.
- Payment must be received 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERING (except fast sprees). If not, an additional S$3 will be charged, up to 5TH DAY.
- Once payments are received, NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.
- Items, colours & sizes are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

PAYMENTS

- Bank Transfer ONLY.
- NO CONCEALED CASH ALLOWED.
- STRICTLY NO MEETUPS FOR PAYMENT.
- Bank Transfer to POSB/UOB acc. Acc no will be given ONCE ORDER IS RECEIVED.
- Please retain the transaction reciept as we may require you to let us know the reference number.
- Payments for collections & handling fee must be done THE SAME TIME as payments for orders (Total payment= Order amount + Shipping Fee).
- Please CONTACT US when payment IS MADE.

COLLECTION - MEETUPS

- Meetups are done TO OUR CONVENIENCE.
- All meetups are at MRT STATIONS ONLY.
- Meetups at RED LINE (ANG MO KIO & YIO CHU KANG): FREE
- Meetups at RED LINE (BISHAN, KHATIB & YISHUN): S$1
- Meetups at RED LINE (BRADELL & TOA PAYOH): S$2
- Meetups at RED LINE (OTHERS): S$3
- Meetups at GREEN LINE/PURPLE LINE (ONLY ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS): S$4

COLLECTION - POSTAGE

- We WILL NOT be held responsible for items lost in the mail. This is done AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- NORMAL mail: Starts from S$1 (Depends on weight and number of items.)
- REGISTERED mail: Starts from S$2.24 on top of normal mail charges (Depends on weight and number of items.)
- Express mail IS AVAILABLE. Please contact us if you prefer express mail.
